  • Qingyu LIU(China)
    Qingyu Liu worked as a full time dancer of Guangdong Modern Dance Company from 2009 to 2017. LIU has performed with the company in the Europalia International Arts Festival in Belgium, Karmiel Dance Festival in Israel, Dance Season of Suzanne Dellal Center, Jumping Frames International Dance Video Festival, Beijing Dance Festival, Guangdong Dance Festival, etc. She likes to work with different artists. Now, as an independent artist, LIU would love to explore something interesting with her body.
  • Dominic WONG(Hong Kong,China)
    Dominic Wong studied modern dance in The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. He joined CCDC after his graduation in 1996 and was promoted as Assistant Artistic Director in 2016. Wong’s choreographic work Men’s Chop Suey (All of A Sudden, 2003) was invited to rerun in the 1st Guangdong Modern Dance Festival. Dominic was awarded the Outstanding Medium Venue Production at The 19th Hong Kong Dance Awards.
  • MUI Cheuk Yin(Hong Kong,China)
    Recognized for her skills in merging the East & West culture, MUI Cheuk-yin achieved her fame at a young age and preferred dancing solo. MUI was a principal dancer of the Hong Kong Dance Company; then had forsaken her position at the company to travel to Europe where she worked with many dance artists. In 2000, MUI was invited by Pina Bausch and Folkwang Tanzstudio to choreograph Whispering Colour, and performed as a guest dancer in the Rite of Spring with Tanztheater Wuppertal.
  • Hiroaki UMEDA(Japan)
    A choreographer and a multidisciplinary artist, Hiroaki UMEDA is being recognized as one of leading figures in the pioneering art scene in Japan. Since the founding of his company, S20, his subtle yet sensational choreographies have been performed around the world. His works are known to incorporate digital technologies as its base with highly integrated method of arts approach. He incorporates not only the physics, optics, and sensory elements, but even with spatial factors. At the same time, he is a composer, lighting designer, scenographer and visual artist. UMEDA received an Honorary Mention in Prix Ars Electronica in 2010.
  • Johanna NUUTINEN(Finland)
    Graduated from the Finnish National Opera Ballet School in 2002. Upon graduation, she joined the Finnish National Ballet that same year and embarked on a successful career with the company while dancing in works by Ohad NAHARIN, William FORSYTHE, Sylvie GUILLEM among others, as well as creating her own productions on stage and on film. In 2017, NUUTINEN received artist subsidy from the Finnish Cultural Foundation. In her latest works, she explores the themes of identity, metamorphosis and the life maintenance durational aspect of performance.
  • Ferenc FEHÉR(Hungary)
    Ferenc is a dancer and choreographer from Hungary, he has a very distinctive performance style and full of expressions filled with improvisations, physical and animal-like movements. Ferenc's dance is the result of constantly improving and perfecting his repertoire of unique moves, and he has been making and performing his own choreographies all over the world since 2007. Ferenc has won numerous critical international awards, for example, ATELIER International Theatre Festival, The best choreography award, 2014; National Independent Theatre Festival, Best dance-theatre performance
  • Eyal DADON(Israel)
    Born in Beer Sheva, Israel, Eyal DADON and has been a very active dancer and choreographer. In 2011, Eyal joined Kibbutz dance company and was awarded the “Annual Best Dancer” of the YairShapira Prize.
    In 2016, DADON was invited to be the Artistic Director of the "House of Dance" Beer Sheva Theatre where he has established his dance company, SOL. Meanwhile, DADON continues to work as a Rehearsal Director, House Choreographer & Assistant Sound Engineer for the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company.
  • Sabrina Sadowska(Germany)
    Sabrina Sadowska is the manager of ballet in the Chemnitz theater. Then she became the dancer of Trier Theater, Bremerhaven City Theater and The Halle Opera House. During 1986 to 1992 she obtained the scholarship in Royal Danish Ballet owing to her study of Bournonville ballet. She was invited many times as an Ballet educator to the Warschau National Ballet school, etc. Sabrina has over 50 ballet choreograph works for musicals and drama since 1998, and she started to lead the Chemnitz ballet with Reiner Feistel since the 2013/2014 show season.
  • WU Yi San(Taiwan, China)
    Born in China Taiwan, WU Yi San was a dancer with the City Contemporary Dance Company for years and is now a teacher at the Taipei National University of the Arts. In 2016, she, along with GOH Boon Ann and Sunny SUN Mei Hui, co-founded Yi Production. In the spirit of “understanding impermanence, so we change; perceiving difficulties, so we act”, the three artists built up Yi Production as an international, cross-generational, and interdisciplinary platform. Through productions and performances, Yi Production aims to convey modern dance is full of contemporary multiple disciplines and spirits, and to reinterpret the essence of ‘presence’ and ‘human being’.
  • Kevin WILLIAMSON(America)
    US Los Angeles-based movement artist, a Lester Horton Award recipient, and a faculty member at Scripps College in Claremont, Kevin WILLIAMSON’s mission is to create unusual dance experiences about modern life. Collaborating with a group of interdisciplinary artists, the group celebrates the body as a malleable vessel to explore evolving dis-identities contemporary aesthetics. Moving across different disciplines and perspectives generate movement narratives that are layered, multifaceted and unruly. Together, the group disrupts binary logic by drawing on discordant sounds and physical imagery, while celebrating queer ideas in excess, empathy, and compassion.
